What does lower stomach pain after sex mean?

My boyfriend and I had sex tonight and after wards I had terrible lower stomach pain. We're monogamous and the only people we've ever had sex with. We had sex for about an hour, then we stopped. We ate dinner in bed then we had sex again. The minute he entered me it started hurting, but I figured the pain would stop. About halfway through, it hurt so bad I was crying and hyperventilating within 5 minutes of stopping.
Has anyone else had this problem?? It hasn't ever happened before, and I'm really curious as to what it is.

Could be a UTI - bladder infection - cystitis. Drink a lot of cranberry juice and water. And buy Uristat at the drug store. That always stops the urinary infection in it's tracks so much so I don't have to go to the doctor.
